Problem\u0103 apare atunci c\u00e2nd nu revenim la echilibru ceea ce reprezint\u0103 indiciul unui stres puternic.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>C\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 o revenire la homeostaz\u0103, energia vital\u0103 se pierde din corp. Astfel, exist\u0103 mai pu\u021bin\u0103 energie \u00een interiorul t\u0103u pentru repararea celulelor. Aceasta, pentru c\u0103, energia este canalizat\u0103 c\u0103tre mecanismele de \u201clupt\u0103\u201d sau de \u201cfug\u0103\u201d \u0219i nu mai este vremea pentru mentenan\u021b\u0103 de rutin\u0103; este vremea pentru ap\u0103rare\/supravie\u021buire, fiecare celul\u0103 func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pentru sine, comunitatea celulelor care ar trebui s\u0103 lucreze \u00eempreun\u0103, devine fragmentat\u0103, sistemele imunitar \u0219i endocrin, printre altele, nu (mai) sunt prioritare.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Este ca \u0219i cum am tr\u0103i \u00eentre o \u021bar\u0103, \u00een care 98% dintre resurse ar fi distribuite c\u0103tre ap\u0103rare \u0219i nu mai r\u0103m\u00e2ne aproape nimic pentru spitale, \u0219coli, construc\u021bia \u0219i repararea drumurilor, resursele pentru hran\u0103 etc. Pe \u0219osele apar gropi, care nu mai sunt reparate, \u0219colile se confrunt\u0103 cu t\u0103ieri bugetare, prin urmare, elevii ajung s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be mai pu\u021bin, programele de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eenchid\u0103, nu mai sunt suficiente alimente pentru a hr\u0103ni popula\u021bia.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Acestea sunt c\u00e2teva dintre argumentele pentru care, stresul pe termen lung, a fost asociat cu anxietatea, depresia, problemele digestive, problemele de memorie, insomnia, problemele digestive, bolile de inim\u0103, accelerarea procesului de \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire, alergiile, infertilitatea etc, toate fiind rezultatul schimb\u0103rilor epigenetice (impactul factorilor din mediu asupra individului).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\ud83d\uded1&nbsp;<strong>Niciun organism din natur\u0103 nu este conceput s\u0103 reziste stresului pe termen lung<\/strong>.\ud83d\uded1<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii de la Institutul Medical al Universit\u0103\u021bii din Ohio au descoperit peste 170 de gene care sunt afectate de stres,100 dintre acestea \u00ee\u0219i opresc complet activitatea, inclusiv cele care produc direct proteine pentru a facilita tipul adecvat de&nbsp;<strong>vindecare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii au raportat faptul c\u0103 r\u0103nile pacien\u021bilor stresa\u021bi s-au vindecat cu 40% mai greu; stresul prelungit conduce la&nbsp;<strong>\u00eencetinirea procesului de regenerare celular\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De asemenea, s-a ajuns la concluzia c\u0103 sistemul nervos are un efect direct asupra replic\u0103rii virale &#8211; cu c\u00e2t suntem mai stresa\u021bi, cu at\u00e2t suntem mai predispu\u0219i la r\u0103celi, gripe, viroze (\u201dC\u201d word- cuv\u00e2ntul care a scris istorie \u00een 2020-2022 \ud83d\ude05).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De\u0219i reac\u021bia de \u201dlupt\u0103 sau fugi\u201d a avut, la \u00eenceput, un&nbsp;rol benefic, pentru c\u0103 i-a \u021binut \u00een via\u021b\u0103 pe primii oameni, acum este clar faptul c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd acest sistem de supravie\u021buire este constant activat, a\u0219adar pe o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103 de timp, corpul \u00ee\u0219i va devia din ce in ce mai mult resursele necesare pentru crearea unei s\u0103n\u0103tati optime.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Stresul creeaz\u0103 DEPENDEN\u021a\u0102? \ud83e\udd14<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201dMo\u0219tenirea\u201d emo\u021biilor negative:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce continu\u0103m s\u0103 producem hormoni ai stresului, creem o serie de emo\u021bii negative care formeaz\u0103 un ciclu repetitiv, duc\u00e2nd la&nbsp;<strong>dependen\u021ba&nbsp;<\/strong>fa\u021b\u0103 de asemenea \u201dstimulente\u201d (furie, ostilitate, agresivitate, ur\u0103, frustrare, team\u0103, anxietate, gelozie, nesiguran\u021b\u0103, ru\u0219ine, triste\u021be, lips\u0103 de speran\u021b\u0103, senza\u021bie de neputin\u021b\u0103). Devenim dependen\u021bi de aceste st\u0103ri, \u00een care doar supravie\u021buim (fie \u201dlupt\u0103m\u201d, fie \u201dfugim\u201d sau \u201dparaliz\u0103m\u201d), deci nu avem resursele necesare pentru \u201dconstruc\u021bie\u201d, \u201dreabilitare\u201d, focusul este pe \u201drezisten\u021b\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De fapt, suntem capabili s\u0103 declan\u0219\u0103m reac\u021bia la stres doar prin puterea g\u00e2ndului, e suficient s\u0103 ne amintim ceva negativ (care ne-a produs \u00een trecut st\u0103ri nefavorabile), iar adrenalina \u0219i cortizolul \u201di\u0219i fac de cap\u201d, din nou.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Doar c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd nu mai reu\u0219im s\u0103 oprim multitudinea g\u00e2ndurilor, ne \u00eendrept\u0103m, cu pa\u0219i repezi c\u0103tre o posibil\u0103 somatizare \u00een corp, de Ia o r\u0103ceal\u0103 banal\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la boli considerate incurabile.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Dac\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103 de timp pe acelea\u0219i g\u00e2nduri, corpul \u00eencepe s\u0103 se schimbe la nivel fiziologic, pentru a \u201dse preg\u0103ti\u201d pentru acel eveniment viitor g\u00e2ndit de tine. Astfel se creeaza conexiunea intre minte \u0219i corp. \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile au confirmat faptul c\u0103 emo\u021biile stresante declan\u0219eaz\u0103 reac\u021bii hormonale \u0219i genetice, stresul afecteaz\u0103 viteza de vindecare a leziunilor \u0219i de \u00eenchidere a r\u0103nilor.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Un studiu realizat pe 100 de cupluri c\u0103rora li s-au provocat r\u0103ni u\u0219oare la suprafa\u021ba pielii m\u00e2inilor, a ar\u0103tat faptul c\u0103 r\u0103nile celor care au men\u021binut o stare de conflict \u00een cuplu, s-au \u00eenchis mult mai greu iar cicatricile au r\u0103mas vizibile o perioada \u00eendelungat\u0103 de timp.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile au ar\u0103tat \u0219i efecte inverse:&nbsp;<strong>reducerea stresului cu ajutorul emo\u021biilor pozitive, ceea ce declan\u0219eaz\u0103 schimb\u0103ri epigenetice care \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>&nbsp;Dou\u0103 studii cheie (realizate de cercet\u0103tori de la Institutul Mind&amp;Body, din cadrul Spitalului General Massachusetts) au examinat efectele medita\u021biei, recunoscut\u0103 pentru provocarea unor st\u0103ri de lini\u0219te \u0219i chiar de &nbsp;regenerare asupra expresiei genelor.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u00cen primul studiu, efectuat \u00een 2008, 20 de voluntari au experimentat, timp de opt s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, diferite practici de echilibrare minte-corp, inclusiv c\u00e2teva tipuri de medita\u021bie, yoga \u0219i rug\u0103ciune.
